c52+ml circular from Plumpton College near Lewes across the South Downs with about 7,000 ft ascent; refreshments at all CPs, light mid route meal and cooked breakfast.

Walkers follow a point to point coastal route from Seaford to Eastbourne via Victoria Station transfer, covering 30 km on hard packed chalk cliff paths, exposed turf and shingle with a mid hike packed lunch stop.
