Abbathon 5K & 10K Fun Run - Brighton
The Abbathon event combines a themed ABBA tribute with timed running events held at Preston Park, Preston Rd, Brighton and Hove BN1 6SD. The programme includes a live ABBA tribute performance of at least 45 minutes before the race, a DJ, and on-course music guides carrying speakers to provide music along parts of the route.
The event is chip timed; runners receive bibs with timing chips and an official time after the race. Professional photographers will take event photographs that are provided for free on the organiser’s website within 72 hours. Participants receive a special-edition finisher’s medal inspired by ABBA elements, and post-race refreshments include fresh fruit. A limited edition Abbathon finisher’s T-shirt is available for an additional £19.99.
