Brighton Santa Dash 2026
The Brighton Santa Dash is a festive community running event on Brighton Seafront with participants wearing Santa suits. The route is an out and back along the seafront esplanade, heading west for 2.5 km to Hove Lagoon and returning to the start and finish area at Hove Lawns opposite Adelaide Crescent near the Peace Statue.
Entry information includes an entry fee of £25 which covers race entry, a Santa suit, and a bespoke medal. The fee includes an optional £5 donation to charity which participants can choose to opt out of, plus a handling fee. A free kids 400 m race is held before the main event and all child participants receive a medal.
Facilities on site include portable toilets near the start and additional toilet stops on the course at 200 m, 1.5 km, 3.5 km and 4.5 km. There are no changing facilities, and participants collect their Santa suit at the start. Organisers encourage walking, cycling or public transport to the venue. Nearby parking options include several NCP car parks and on-street hourly parking on Kings Road.
