The event offers a 5K walk at Onondaga Lake Park, based at the Saw Mill Creek shelter in the Willow Bay area near Sawmill Creek in Liverpool NY. The walk runs alongside the 5k run as part of the Celiac Through Changing Times event.
Walkers are encouraged on a flat rail trail at Dryden Lake Park; the course is a 3.45 miles out and back loop with optional 0.4 miles mini loops in the last hour. One aid station and park pavilions or tents provide rest between loops.
