About the race
Morgan Hill Trail Races take place on September 19, 2026, in Morgan Hill State Forest near Fabius, NY. The event is organized by Salt City Trail Racing and runs concurrently with the Hill to Hollow 100 km and 100 km relay. The races are Trail Sisters approved and carry UTMB Index status.
Start and finish are within Morgan Hill State Forest; camping is available. Courses follow the mostly single-track Onondaga Trail and mountain bike trails, passing ponds, waterfalls, high vistas and the highest point in Onondaga County. The marathon course adds the Fellows Hill loop and an out-and-back section on the Onondaga Trail to Route 13. The terrain includes rocky and root-strewn single track and features one notable gravestone on course.
Aid stations are staffed and may offer ice when warranted, water, Skratch, orange slices, bananas, pickles, PB&J, potato chips, pretzels, oreos and candy. All entrants receive a pair of SCTR socks and prizes are awarded to top finishers by gender division.

Refunds are not granted. Deferrals are allowed for pregnancy, injury, or volunteering if slots remain. Distance changes are permitted until online registration closes.
