Jessica's Heroes 5K Run/Walk - Oneida, NY

Jessica's Heroes 5K Run/Walk is an annual community event held in Allen Park in Oneida, NY. The event comprises a 5K run/walk and a separate Kid's Fun Run for children 12 and under. The event includes an opening ceremony, a survivor ceremony to honor people who are battling cancer or who have battled cancer, and a basket raffle.

Proceeds support local cancer patients who live in Madison or Oneida County or who are being treated at the Oneida/Roswell Cancer Center in Oneida or the Upstate Cancer Center in Verona. Organizers report that, to date, the event has helped more than 1,260 people. Packet pickup will be offered as a drive-thru; the specific date for pickup is to be announced.
