The 2026 Upstate Orthopedics Mountain Goat Run is the 48th annual running event in Syracuse, New York, held on May 3, 2026. The event is centered on a 10-mile race that follows a course through Syracuse with notable hills and parks. Registration is online only. Packet pickup is scheduled the day before at Fleet Feet Sports and on race day at Clinton Square, Syracuse. The post-race party at Meier's Creek Inner Harbor will include live music, beer from Meier's Creek, sponsor samples, and recovery services. Time bonus ribbons are offered for the 10-mile race at specified finishing thresholds for men and women. The event lists a runner protection/refund policy and provides sanctioned timing and medical support.
