August 2026
Walkers are welcome to take the 5K twilight course starting at 417 3rd Ave SW, Cullman, Alabama on a fast, well lit route through the community. The event hosts walkers of all levels alongside runners with music and community atmosphere.
Walkers can join the 5K or Kids 1 Mile at Oneonta Recreation Park. Evening event has food and music, parking at Oneonta High School with shuttle; strollers start at the back and 5K walkers get a timing chip and wear the bib on the front.
September 2026
Walkers can choose the 1 mile fun run walk through The Park at Hayes Farm in Huntsville. Entry for the 1 mile walk is $25, early registrants receive a free race shirt, and all finishers receive a medal while the walk runs alongside the 5K.
October 2026
A free Survivors Walk for breast cancer survivors goes from near the corner of Franklin Street and Lowe Avenue to the finish on Lowe Avenue. Wheelchairs and scooters are permitted and the walk takes place alongside the 5K.
December 2026
Walker friendly 6.2 Miles and 3.1 Miles courses start at the Von Braun Center, run on flat routes through Old Town, and have two hour and one hour cutoffs.
April 2027
Walkers can choose 1 Mile or 5K routes starting on Oakwood University Campus Drive NW in Huntsville; strollers welcome and virtual options up to 13.1 Miles.
Walkers follow a 1 Miles marked sidewalk loop on the Gateway Greenway, repeated three times, starting at the event location at the intersection of Cleveland Avenue and Meridian Street.
