Walkers follow an untimed 3.1 Miles course starting at 349 Knutson St Unit B, Mapleton ND with retro summer vibes and costumes encouraged. The course is part of the 5K event and provides a complimentary Icewind beverage at the finish.

Walkers follow a self paced 5K up Schroeder's Hill starting at 12898 Hill St in Mountain ND, gaining 530 ft while enjoying prairie views. The family friendly event offers a shuttle back into town and welcomes all ages and abilities.
Walkers may join the community 5K starting in front of Blue Moose, East Grand Forks, with on site and virtual options. On site registration accepts cash or Venmo; packets include a T shirt, bib and medal.
Walkers can take the community 5K route that starts and finishes on the Kindred Blue Track at Kindred Elementary School, including a final lap on the track. A kids option offers a 1/2 mile walk alongside firefighters with a track finish.

The event includes two 5K walks, a race walk and a family fun walk non timed, starting on Arbor Avenue west of South Washington Street. Parking at The Elks Club and nearby stores; packet pick up at the CFA office and Elks Club.
