The Essentia Health Fargo Marathon takes place on May 29-30, 2026 and marks 22 years of the event. The weekend features multiple race options, live music, a town-wide cheering section, finish line festivities and an official post-race party.

Registration for the in-person events includes a finisher's medal, an exclusive wearable item, a race bib, finisher's photos, professional race management and timing, finish line festivities, the official post-race party, and one free alcoholic beverage for participants aged 21 and over.
