CFA Turkey Trot 2026
The CFA Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving Day running and walking event in Bismarck, North Dakota, held on November 26, 2026. The event theme is "Breathe Together: Every Step Counts. Every Breath Matters. Together we Run," with an additional theme reference, "Trot to Give." The event functions as a fundraiser supporting individuals and families living with cystic fibrosis in North Dakota.
Activities include several 5K options:
- 5K computer-timed run/walk
- 5K family fun walk (non-timed)
- 5K virtual race
Packet pick-up is available at multiple locations: the CFA office during the week of Thanksgiving, Dick's Sporting Goods on the day before the race, and race day pick-up at the Elks Club. Costumes are encouraged and prizes will be awarded for best-dressed and most spirited participants.
Registration is online only. Pricing for the timed 5K follows tiered dates: early bird through October 31, standard through November 15, and late registration through November 27. The Family Fun Walk has a separate fee. Registrations are non-refundable; registration changes are allowed through November 25.
