The Grand Forks Running team presents the 6th annual See Dick Run Grand Forks 10 race weekend on August 28 and 29, 2026 at Town Square Grand Forks, South 3rd Street, Grand Forks, ND.

The 5K course starts and ends on the Grand Forks side of the Greenway along the Red River. The 10K and 10 mile races start on the Sorlie Bridge in downtown Grand Forks, run through downtown and along University Avenue, pass through the University of North Dakota campus, return downtown, and continue along the East Grand Forks and Grand Forks greenways. Both longer races finish at the flood obelisk adjacent to Town Square.
The Beach Party 5K includes optional water and other fun obstacles. Registration requires a fee and the event uses early bird and later pricing windows with dates listed for registration periods. The weekend features downtown activities, music, and additional event extras. Profits from the event are donated to charities supported by the organizers for more than twelve years.
