See Dick Run Grand Forks 10
The Grand Forks Running team organizes the sixth annual See Dick Run Grand Forks 10 race weekend in Grand Forks, North Dakota on August 28 and 29, 2026. The event is based at Town Square Grand Forks on South 3rd Street.
The weekend includes multiple race distances:
- 5K run and walk along the Greenway by the Red River
- 10K road race starting on Sorlie Bridge through downtown and University of ND campus
- 10 Mile race starting on Sorlie Bridge ending at the flood obelisk
The 5K course starts and ends on the Grand Forks side of the Greenway along the Red River. The 10K and 10 Mile courses begin on the Sorlie Bridge in downtown Grand Forks, continue through downtown along University Avenue and the University of North Dakota campus, then return downtown and use sections of the East Grand Forks and Grand Forks greenways. Both longer races finish at the flood obelisk adjacent to Town Square.
The weekend program also features downtown activities such as music and other extras. Event profits will be donated to the charities the organizers have supported for more than 12 years. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
