Walkers can choose 5K, 10K, 13.1 or a 1 mile option around Mill Creek Park on Broadway Boulevard in Kansas City. Timing is optional, coordinators support all paces, swag ships to US addresses and race bibs are provided on race day.

Walkers can take a leisurely 4 miles stroll along iconic Ward Parkway, starting at Ward Parkway Center, 8807 State Line Rd, Kansas City. The route follows Ward Parkway and runs alongside the organized running races.
