The Talk 2 Me 5K Run/Walk is an annual event held at Shawnee Mission Park at Shelter 1. The 1K route begins at the main start line, proceeds to Mission Road, and returns to the finish line. Participants in the designated age-based 1K receive a specific shirt and ribbon. In-person participants for the paid 5K also receive race merchandise, while virtual runners can have their shirts mailed for a shipping fee.
