Planned activities and resources include personal testimonies from people who have addressed mental health challenges, an accountability system that can link to community service hours for students, and printed cards for participants to list safe contacts and crisis line numbers. The organizer will mail shirts to out-of-town virtual participants; a $7.50 donation for shipping and handling is requested.
Multiple registration options are listed, including paid entries for specific distances and a free attendance option without event swag. The 1K for youth includes a special shirt, ribbon, and treats.
