Event overview
The 38th Annual CCVI Trolley Run takes place on April 26, 2026, in Kansas City, MO (64114). The event is the largest annual fundraiser for the Children's Center for the Visually Impaired (CCVI). CCVI provides specialized vision services for children with visual impairments, including those with multiple disabilities, from birth through age 21. The race course runs through the Waldo, Brookside, and the Plaza neighborhoods. The in-person course is a USATF-certified 4-mile route described as flat and downhill.
