Event

The CCVI Trolley Run is scheduled for Sunday, April 26, 2026, in Kansas City, MO 64114. The 38th annual event will return to the streets of Waldo, Brookside, and the Plaza.

Entry prices listed on the organizer page are $35 for the in-person 4-mile, $30 for the untimed kids entry, and $30 for the virtual 4-mile. All listed prices increase after December 13, 2025. The virtual event may be completed anywhere.

Purpose and course

The event is the largest annual fundraiser for the Children's Center for the Visually Impaired (CCVI). CCVI provides specialized vision services for children from birth through age 21. The in-person 4-mile is USATF-certified; the organizer describes the course as flat and downhill and open to para-athletes, families, and strollers.
