Cliff Hanger Run
The Cliff Hanger Run takes place in the Historic Northeast area of Kansas City. The event is held on Cliff Drive, which is designated as a Missouri state scenic byway. This location allows participants to experience the autumn foliage and seasonal atmosphere along the route.

- 5k run
- 1 Mile run or walk
- 200m Kids Run (for ages 12 and under)
Registered runners and those participating in the 1 Mile walk receive a specific set of race components. This includes a garment, a custom participant bib, and a finisher medal.
