Head for the Cure 5K Kansas City
The 24th Annual Head for the Cure 5K Kansas City takes place on August 23, 2026 at Corporate Woods Building 40, 9401 Indian Creek Parkway, Overland Park, Kansas. The event is a community 5K run and walk that raises funds and awareness for brain tumor research and related programs.
Funds raised through the event benefit local and national initiatives, including the University of Kansas Cancer Center, Children’s Mercy Kansas City, Solace House, the Children’s Brain Tumor Project, Brains for the Cure, and other brain cancer programs and education efforts.
