- 10 km road race; chip timed; through Ballina and Killaloe, crossing old and new bridges.
- 5 km walk; open to adult runners and walkers; also crosses both bridges.
Both events are for adults over the age of 16. Finishers of the 10 km receive a commemorative medal.
