Very Pink Run
The Very Pink Run is a family event hosted and operated by Breast Cancer Ireland that offers 10k and 5k distances for participants to run, jog, walk or wheel.

The event brings together men, women and children who show support for breast cancer research and awareness. Funds raised contribute to Breast Cancer Ireland's research and education programmes and to ongoing awareness efforts.
Dates and locations announced for 2026 include Leopardstown in Dublin on 29 August 2026, Kilkenny Castle Park in Kilkenny on 30 August 2026, and The Arena MTU on Bishopstown Road in Cork on 6 September 2026.
Organisers provide training and fundraising resources related to preparing for the event. Available materials include Couch to 5k guidance, strength training for runners, running tips, fundraising tips and expert nutrition advice, several of which are available as downloadable guides.
The event is supported by a range of corporate partners and community groups that assist with organisation and outreach.
