The Quadrathon Challenge
The Quadrathon Challenge is a four day running and walking event held in Inishowen along the Wild Atlantic Way. The course covers a total of 105 miles across coastal and sometimes hilly terrain with separate routes on each day.
Participants may choose between full marathon and half marathon distances and can complete these over one to four days. The event lists two course options:
- WARRIOR Full Marathon run or walk
- QUEST Half Marathon run or walk
The route follows scenic coastline and includes sections where waves are audible from the shore and stretches of rugged ground. The event dates are Thursday 12 August 2027 to Sunday 15 August 2027. Entries are managed through SiEntries with entries opening on Thursday 27 August 2026 and closing on Sunday 1 August 2027.
An optional XCover purchase is available to allow participants to seek a refund in specified unforeseen circumstances. The event provides event terms and a cancellation and refund policy to registered participants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
