Sprint triathlon and Aquabike at Lake Hopatcong feature a 400 m swim, 12.4 mile bike and 3.1 mile run around Crescent Cove Beach presented by Saint Clare's Health.
At Rockaway Beach competitors swim in open Atlantic water, bike two flat six mile loops on the boardwalk, and finish with an out and back 3 mile run along the boardwalk. Relay and aquabike options are offered and no USAT license is required.
