JerseyMan Triathlon
The JerseyMan Triathlon takes place on Sunday, May 10, 2026, at Round Valley in Lebanon, New Jersey (1220 Lebanon Road, Lebanon, NJ 08833). The event program includes long and short course triathlon formats plus duathlon and aqua-bike options. An open water swim practice is scheduled for May 9. Registration does not include a T-shirt; a T-shirt is available for an additional $10.
Distances
- Short course: 0.5 mile swim, 16 mile bike, 3.7 mile run.
- Long course: 0.8 mile swim, 32 mile bike, 5.8 mile run.
Categories, awards and logistics
Participants must select a competition category for awards; that selection determines award eligibility once the race starts. Available categories include Age Group (short and long), Elite (long course only), AquaBike (short and long), and Duathlon (short and long). Short course awards: top 3 men and women overall and top 3 men and women in each 5-year age group. Long course: the Elite wave is only eligible for overall awards and is not eligible for age group awards. Overall triathlon awards go to the top 5 men and women; Elite competitors receive cash prizes and non-Elite competitors receive non-cash prizes. Packet pickup is available Tuesday through Friday at Stirling Trek bike shop (393 Main Ave, Stirling, NJ), Saturday 10:00–16:00, and Sunday 5:30–6:30 at the race site. Timing chips are provided in the race packet; replacement chips incur a $10 charge. No refunds, transfers, or deferrals are allowed. Entries made on or after January 16, 2024, are charged updated USAT one-day license fees. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
