Course Details

Both the triathlon and duathlon share the same bike and final run segments. The bike course is a 5-mile out-and-back route on Henry Hudson Drive, with a total elevation gain of over 300 feet. The final run segment is also an out-and-back course on Henry Hudson Drive. The event features open-water swimming in the Hudson River; wetsuits are permitted but not required. Volunteers from the Hudson Kayak Club assist with swim safety.

Registration and Eligibility

Registration for both events opens on March 1, 2026. The triathlon costs $120 and the duathlon costs $90. Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
