August 2026
Walkers follow a relaxed, music filled 5K through Newport, starting and finishing at banc coffee & records, with mobile speakers, no pace pressure and post event music and coffee.
Walkers can choose 5k or 10k routes starting at Lockleaze Sports Centre on flat, traffic free looped public footpaths, suitable for all alongside the running races.
September 2026

November 2026

Walkers may choose 3 miles, 6 miles or 8½ miles on the Windsor Hill railway path through woods, valleys and viaducts. They may start early on the full route or take a shorter walk to Ham Woods, finishing in Shepton Mallet market place.

Walkers can choose 10k (two laps of the 5k) or 5k routes. The course starts on the gravel in central Royal Victoria Park near the Botanical Gardens and follows road and paved paths with some grass areas and mild inclines, finishing on grass.
Walkers pick 6 mile, 10 mile or 15 mile options in Cardiff and are dropped at an undisclosed location, then must navigate back to the event centre without maps or GPS; distances are as the crow flies.
