FOBS 5K Trail Run and Colour Run
The FOBS 5K Trail Run and Colour Run takes place on Sunday 18 October 2026 at Box Recreation Ground in Box, Wiltshire. The event comprises two separate running activities and is organised by Friends of Box School (FOBS) to raise funds for Box Primary School.

- 5 km Trail Run
The Colour Run is an 800 m, non-competitive event run over two laps of the event site. Four powder stations are positioned around the course; participants may complete one or two laps. The course is signed and marshalled and wristbands are issued to colour runners.
The 5 km Trail Run follows a fully signposted, marshalled loop through the Bybrook Valley and surrounding countryside. The mixed-terrain route includes grassy fields and passes the Box Tunnel. All 5 km participants receive chip-timed results provided by the local timing team.
Race headquarters and registration are based on the Recreation Ground near the start and finish area; bibs for the 5 km are collected on the day. All finishers receive a certificate. Refreshments including tea, coffee and cakes are available, toilets are in the Pavilion, and parking is limited. Entry prices are listed between £7 and £12.
