Event overview
The Inflatable 5K obstacle course takes place in Cardiff on Saturday 27 June 2026 at 149 King George V Dr E, Cardiff CF14 4EN. Participants choose from these distances:
- 2.5 km - 1 lap, 15 obstacles
- 5 km - 2 laps, 30 obstacles
- 10 km - 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15 km - 6 laps, 90 obstacles
Each 2.5 km lap repeats the same inflatable obstacles. The course includes named inflatables such as Start Mountain, The Crawler, The Vortex and Swing Shot, and features five music zones along the route.
Practical information
Age categories are Adult (16+) and Child (5 to 15 years). Children must be accompanied by paying participating adults at a maximum ratio of 3 children to 1 adult. Dogs are not allowed. Water is provided at a mid-route station. Toilets and food and drink vendors are available on site. Parking is charged at £5 per car and bag drop is £3 per bag; larger bags are not permitted and bags will be searched for safety. Volunteers receive one free run entry, a T-shirt and a tote bag. Recommended kit includes sensible running shoes and a long sleeve top; a rain jacket is advised if wet weather is forecast. Spectators may use designated areas only.
