Inflatable 5K - Cardiff 2027
The Inflatable 5K in Cardiff on Saturday 26 June 2027 is an outdoor inflatable obstacle run that repeats a 2.5 km lap. The course includes giant slides, tunnels and bouncy inflatable obstacles, plus music zones placed around the route. The event is untimed and arranged so participants can run, jog or walk at their own pace.
Distances are lap based and each lap repeats the same obstacles:
- 2.5k: 1 lap, 15 obstacles
- 5k: 2 laps, 30 obstacles
- 10k: 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15k: 6 laps, 90 obstacles
All participants receive a finisher's medal and a goodie bag. On course provisions include a midway water station, medical cover, clearly marked route and event photography. Toilets are provided at the venue and food and drink vendors will be available. Bag drop is offered for a fee, with size limits and security searches applied.
Access notes: there is no on-site parking; public car parks are located nearby and attendees are responsible for parking charges. Dogs are not permitted. Children aged 5 to 15 must be accompanied by a paying participating adult at a maximum ratio of three children per adult. Spectators may use the designated spectator areas free of charge.
