Bristol Epic Trail at Ashton Court
The event takes place at Ashton Court Estate in Long Ashton, Bristol BS41 9JN and is organised by Superhuman Sports. It offers trail running and rucking over multiple distances on woodland and gravel trails with rolling terrain, climbs and viewpoints.
Available distances:
- 6 km - 152 m elevation gain
- 10 km - 201 m elevation gain
- Half Marathon - two laps of the 10 km route plus an extra section to reach 21.1 km
There are four entry formats: Pro Ruck, Pro Trail, Open Ruck and Open Trail. Pro Ruck and Open Ruck entries include a weighted backpack provided on the day; Pro Ruck weights are 25 lbs / 11.3 kg for men and 15 lbs / 6.8 kg for women, Open Ruck weights are 15 lbs / 6.8 kg for men and 10 lbs / 4.5 kg for women. Every ruck participant uses a GORUCK Rucker 4.0 supplied at the event.
