The Inflatable 5K Obstacle Course takes place at North Somerset Showground, Bristol Rd, Bristol BS48 1NF on Saturday 30 May 2026. The event offers multiple distance options:

- 5 km
- 10 km
- 15 km
Adults are classified as 16+ and children as 5 to 15 years. Children must be accompanied by a paying participating adult at a maximum ratio of 3 children per adult.
Course and practical information
The course is a 2.5 km lap. Distances correspond to laps and obstacle counts: 2.5 km = 1 lap with 15 obstacles; 5 km = 2 laps with 30 obstacles; 10 km = 4 laps with 60 obstacles; 15 km = 6 laps with 90 obstacles. The 5 km course includes three new obstacles and five on-course music zones. A water station is located midway on the route.
Parking at the venue is charged at £5 per car. Bag drop is available for £3 per bag; bags must be gym-duffle size or smaller and will be searched. Toilets and food and drink vendors are provided on site. Dogs are not allowed. Spectators may use designated spectator areas only and must not enter the course; children must be supervised.
Recommended kit includes sensible running shoes, a long sleeve top and a rain jacket if wet weather is forecast. Volunteers receive one free run entry, a T-shirt and a tote bag.
