The Inflatable 5K Obstacle Course takes place at North Somerset Showground, Bristol Rd, Bristol BS48 1NF on Saturday 30th May 2026. The event offers multiple distance options and runs on a looped course where each lap is 2.5 km. Adult entry is for ages 16 and over; children aged 5 to 15 may take part when accompanied by a paying participating adult at a maximum ratio of 3 children per adult.

Distances:
- 2.5 km - 1 lap, 15 inflatable obstacles
- 5 km - 2 laps, 30 inflatable obstacles
- 10 km - 4 laps, 60 inflatable obstacles
- 15 km - 6 laps, 90 inflatable obstacles
The course repeats the same obstacles each lap. Water is available at a drink station midway along the route. Toilets and food and drink vendors are provided on site. Parking is charged at £5 per car; bag drop is £3 per bag with size limits and security searches. Dogs are not allowed. Group discounts are available (family ticket for 2 adults and 2 children; 10% off for groups of 5+; 15% off for groups of 15+). A charity discount is offered. Volunteers receive one free run entry, a T-shirt and a tote bag. Participants are advised to wear sensible running shoes and a long sleeve top and to avoid sharp jewellery or carrying sharp objects.
