August 2026
Chip timed 5K walk from Riverwalk Commons at 200 Doug Duncan Drive in Newmarket, held alongside the running races. Registration is $45 and includes a run shirt.
Walkers can choose a 1K or 5K route along the Whitby waterfront, starting and finishing at Kiwanis Heydenshore Park on Water Street.
September 2026
Hike of 3.5 K on private Woodnewton Farm trails at Slabtown Cider Co., through mixed forest and rolling hills, with on site parking and washrooms at Start/Finish.
The event is a family friendly 5k walk starting at 1300 Leslie St that follows scenic trails from Edwards Gardens to Wilket Creek Park. Walkers have a pre walk yoga warm up, refreshments and a post walk BBQ plus arts and crafts.
October 2026
Walkers can join a half marathon or 6 km loop starting at 9 Butternut Lane in Markham on a route that stops at all seven PHM group homes; registration is free.
A family friendly 1 km fun walk in Fairy Lake Park, Newmarket, for CHATS and York Region Food Network, held alongside the event's running races.

Hike Enchilada is a 4 km loop from Trail Hub in Uxbridge on mixed Durham Forest trails, with on site parking, washrooms and 50% of fees donated to local conservation.
A 5K walk along Stouffville Main Street starting at Stouffville Memorial Park; walkers should be in the Purple wave and pets are not allowed on the course.
