Event overview
The Stouffville Main Street 5K takes place on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at Stouffville Memorial Park, Park Drive, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario, Canada. The event benefits the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation and is the fourth annual running of the event. Registration closes on June 14, 2026. All participants must wear a registered number bib; participants who wish to join both races must register for each event separately.

The 5K uses wave starts. During registration participants select an anticipated 5K completion time and are grouped into color-coded waves (under 25 minutes; 25-30 minutes; 30-35 minutes; 35-45 minutes; 45+ minutes). Runners with strollers are asked to position at the back of their wave; walkers are asked to use the slowest wave. Bicycles, rollerblades and scooters are not permitted on the course. Leashed dogs are allowed in the runner's village but not on the course.
Fundraising is encouraged but not mandatory. A suggested fundraising minimum is $100 per adult and $50 per child. Donations over $20 receive a charitable tax receipt. Individuals who raise more than $250 are entered in a prize draw. Registered fees are nonrefundable; fees can be transferred to a donation (with a tax receipt) or transferred to another registered individual for a processing fee.
