Stouffville Main Street 5K 2026
The fourth annual Stouffville Main Street 5K takes place in Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario. The event is centered at Stouffville Memorial Park on Park Drive. This athletic gathering benefits the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation, with proceeds supporting local healthcare initiatives.

The 5 km event utilizes a wave start system to organize flow. Participants choose a starting wave during registration based on their predicted finish time, with categories ranging from under 25 minutes to over 45 minutes. Runners with strollers are required to start at the back of their assigned wave, while those planning to walk the distance join the final wave.
The course is open to competitive and recreational runners as well as walkers. While participant fees cover event costs, additional fundraising for the hospital foundation is encouraged. For safety and logistics, bicycles, rollerblades, and scooters are not permitted on the course. Leashed dogs are allowed within the runner's village area but may not join the race routes.
