Stouffville Main Street 5K - Event details
The Stouffville Main Street 5K takes place on June 21, 2026 at Stouffville Memorial Park, Park Drive, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario. The event benefits the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation and is the fourth annual edition.

- 5 km Main Street 5K
- 1 km Kids 1K Dash
The 5K starts in waves based on anticipated finish time, grouped by color: Red, Yellow, Blue, Green and Purple. Participants with strollers are asked to line up at the back of their wave. Walkers are asked to select the Purple wave. Bicycles, rollerblades and scooters are not permitted on the course. Leashed and well behaved dogs are allowed in the runner's village only and are not permitted on the course.
Fundraising is optional but encouraged. Suggested minimums are CA$100 per adult and CA$50 per child. Donations over CA$20 receive a charitable tax receipt. Individuals who raise over CA$250 will be entered in a prize draw.
Registration fees include processing fees but do not include taxes. No refunds are offered, though registration fees can be transferred to a donation to the foundation with a tax receipt issued. Registration transfers to another individual are possible if the receiving participant's profile information is provided and a small processing fee is paid.
