August 2026
Walkers can take part in the 5K run walk from Joe Sams Leisure Park in Hamilton, in a park setting alongside the running race. Food trucks, vendors and info tents are on site; child pricing applies for ages 4 to 12 and under 4 is free.
September 2026
Untimed 5 KM walk at Kiwanis Park in Kitchener on mostly dirt trails, following a one loop route with an out and back section. The course includes one water station, parking on site and provisions for registered strollers as Future Runner.
Walkers can follow scenic fields and trails at the Donkey Sanctuary of Canada, 6981 Concession Road 4 Puslinch, via a 5K or a shorter 1K route alongside the races.
May 2027
