The 5K Foam Fest - Kitchener, ON
The event is a 5 km obstacle course based fun run taking place at Victoria Park in Kitchener on July 10, 2027. The course features more than 25 obstacles, including a large inflatable waterslide, mud pits and about 2.5 million cubic feet of foam.
The festival area includes music, food vendors, local vendors and a beer garden. Spectators have free access to the festival area, vendors and the beer garden.
Participants must follow course rules. The event is open to ages 7 and up. Children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult. Participants aged 13 to 17 do not require an adult chaperone but must adhere to all course rules. Any participant under 18 must have event waiver(s) signed by a legal guardian. Children 6 years and under cannot run the 5K but may use the free Kids Fun Zone with adult supervision.
Obstacles are optional and the course may be completed at an individual pace. The organizer states that the activity carries risks and recommends reading the waiver. Entries are non refundable; transfer options are offered. Corporate and group discounts are available for groups of 10 or more.
