Walk options of 5 km and 10 km take place around Olympic Boulevard at Sydney Olympic Park NSW. Entries include a race bib without a timing chip, an event jersey and finisher medal, with race kit collection at Accor Stadium on 5 September.
Walkers can choose 21.1km, 10km, 5km or 2km routes from Dolls Point along the coast and across Captain Cook Bridge, with a recovery area after the finish.
Walkers start at Helensburgh Park and choose 18 km, 48 km or 96 km routes through rugged bushland, clifftop coastlines and sweeping ocean views, with checkpoints and support crew points for longer routes.
A 2 km walk through tree lined Pymble streets from the Run Village, prams and costumes welcome, and the Run Village offers food, drinks and first aid.
October 2026
Walkers join colleagues on a shared 5.6 km course through Centennial Park, walking alongside joggers and runners. After the course participants can enjoy a team celebration in Centennial Park with food and drinks.

November 2026
Walkers can choose 2 km, 6 km, 12 km or 20 km courses from Acron Oval in St Ives. All routes go through Garigal National Park on easy to follow trails with friendly support stations along the way.
The event offers walk options of 10 km, 6 km and 3 km routes. Routes start at Bonna Point Reserve on Prince Charles Parade in Kurnell and follow the event's described stunning course alongside the running and aquathlon races.

Walkers can enter 48hr, 24hr, 12hr, 6hr and 100km events including the Centurion qualifier at Campbelltown Athletics Centre Leumeah on the new synthetic track.
