The Shire Run Carnival & Aquathlon takes place on Saturday 22 November 2025 at Bonna Point Reserve, Prince Charles Parade, Kurnell, NSW, Australia. The event includes running races, a kids program and aquathlon formats held at the same venue.

- Triple Challenge: 10 km + 6 km + 3 km
- SHIRE 10K Run/Walk
- SHIRE Aquathlon Team: one person completes a 1 km swim, the other a 5 km run
- 6 km Fun Run/Walk
- 3 km Fun Run/Walk
- 1500 m Kids Dash (10 years and under)
- 400 m Dash
Registration opened 10 May and uses tiered fee periods with price increases on 30 October and 20 November. Some categories carry automatic discounts for participants under 18 for checkout. The 3x1 km relay is available for on-the-day entries only; other events require advance registration through the event portal.
