July 2026
IRONMAN 70.3 Calgary in Cochrane features a lake swim, rolling bike through foothills and a run along the Bow River pathway.
August 2026
Multi distance triathlon at Lake Chaparral in Calgary celebrating its 26th edition. Events include standard, sprint, tri it, open water swims, duathlon, aquabike and kids races with supervised swim and on road bike laps.
St. Albert Triathlon on August 9 2026 offers Sprint, Try-a-Tri, Aqua-Bike and team relay with a 25 metre outdoor pool swim and rolling low traffic bike and run courses; early bird fees and subsidized race insurance are listed.
Peace River Triathlon on August 9, 2026 features Sprint, Sprint Relay, Try-a-Tri and Kids of Steel categories. Online registration closes August 8, 2026 and a valid 2026 Triathlon AB membership or day pass is required.

An indoor triathlon at Genesis Place, Airdrie on October 31, 2026 featuring swim, spin-bike and track run in timed heats. Open to ages 10 and up, with bib, finisher bracelet, post-race massage and smoothie.
November 2026
Indoor triathlon in Cochrane combining a timed pool swim, a coached stationary bike session and a track run in short heats. Heats are assigned by swim pace and finishers receive a bib, bracelet, post race massage and smoothie.
February 2027
An indoor triathlon in assigned heats: 10 minutes swim, 20 minutes coached spin, and 15 minutes track run. Open to ages 10 and up, registration includes a race bib, finisher bracelet, post-race massage and a smoothie.
May 2027
A women's triathlon in Drumheller on May 30 2027 offering sprint, super sprint and team sprint formats with a pool swim, open road bike loop, chip timing and a finisher medal.
July 2027
A multisport festival on July 4, 2027 offering triathlon, duathlon, aquabike and a half marathon. Race options range from a short Try a Tri up to a half distance triathlon and a half marathon.
