October 2026
Walkers can choose a 5 kilometer or 1 mile route along hilly city streets near the ImpactLife headquarters. The course has mile markers, police patrols, and an after walk gathering with complimentary breakfast.
Walkers can choose 5K or 1 Mile routes starting at 701 10th St. SE in Cedar Rapids alongside the 5K run. The event supports free mammograms and other breast care services, and walking registration fee is $32.
Walkers use the 5K course at Ditmars Orchard & Vineyard in Council Bluffs through orchard and vineyard scenery with a pumpkin patch and specialty food. Registration includes a T shirt, cider donut and a cider pour.

Walkers can choose 5K or 10K from 2816 Shoreline Road Des Moines on a clear course with limited water at lap ends and no onsite EMS; bring personal supplies.
Walkers follow a scenic 5K on Muscatine's bike path starting at The Muscatine's Salvation Army, 1000 Oregon St. Registered participants get a free Santa suit and gloves and the event includes a light breakfast, music and photos.

December 2026
Walkers can take part in the 5k course starting at 127 South Cody Road in Le Claire, IA, alongside the running race. Packet pick up is available Friday at The Rec Center (429 N 3rd St) and Saturday at The Civic Center, and an ugly sweater contest..
Walkers can follow a 3k course at Confluence Brewing Company in Des Moines alongside the running races. The in person event finishes at the brewery and includes a finish line celebration.
