QC Veteran Outreach Center Run for Veterans - 2027
The event is a community race held in Walcott, Iowa on April 10, 2027, with proceeds supporting the Quad City Veterans Outreach Center. Participants may register a Veteran's name to be displayed on an Honor Wall and to be recognized during event announcements.

- 5K Run/Walk
- 1 Mile
The 5K includes a wheelchair division and timed results. Awards for the 5K go to the overall top three male and female finishers and to the top three male and female in the following age groups: 8 and under, 9-11, 12-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80 and over. The 1 Mile awards one top male and one top female. The 1 Mile also includes a wheelchair division.
Registration includes a shirt and a finisher medal. Groups of 10 or more receive a 10% discount. Packet pickup is available Friday the 9th from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at the Quad City Veterans Outreach Center, 4515 N Fairmount Street, Davenport, Iowa, and on Saturday morning before the race starting at 7:00 AM. All participants and volunteers receive tickets to a post-race grill out at the American Legion. An optional hat is available for an additional $10.
