July 2026
Walk a 2.5k loop at Diefenbaker Park in Saskatoon or repeat it for 5k, passing through bubble bogs on mixed terrain of hills, roads, paths, grass and unpaved trails. Wheelchairs and strollers are permitted and walkers should keep right.
Walk the 2 km, 5 km, or 10 km course at Rotary Park in Saskatoon on trails and grass along the Meewasin Trail. Strollers are permitted, and there are two water stations, free on site parking and bathrooms.
A 3K walk at Crossmount Cider Company in Crossmount SK where walkers may bring their dogs and browse the market. A virtual option lets participants complete the distance on their own route and at their own pace.
August 2026
Walk the 5 km course starting at 1700 Elphinstone St through the fair grounds and Mosaic Stadium. Strollers are allowed, no pets, and walkers receive a finisher medal plus free pancake breakfast and QCX admission.
The Community 5K walk is based at 150 Gladstone Avenue North in Yorkton on a road course alongside the running events. Race kits are available at The Health Foundation office at 41 Betts Avenue.

September 2026
Walkers can take part in a 10K option in Regina, Saskatchewan on a scenic course with strong community support. Routes and course maps are published and walking occurs alongside the running races.
Walkers can follow the 5 km course on the paths of the Candle Lake Golf Resort at 1 Fairway Drive, Candle Lake, alongside the 10 km run. Two water stations are located on course near 3.5 km and around 7 km.
In Melfort, Saskatchewan walkers can choose the 5 km or 10 km courses run alongside the running races. The event is a community race that promotes health and fitness for people of all ages and abilities.
All ages can choose 2.5 km or 5 km walks at Meewasin Park Spadina Crescent East in Saskatoon; children 0 to 16 walk free and registration is waived with a fundraising commitment.

Walkers follow the 5 KM course on the pathways of Wascana Park, with KM markers and arrows to guide the route. Registration is required and a waiver must be completed during signup.
December 2026
Walkers can take part in the 1K Elf Walk starting at Conexus Arts Centre, 200 Lakeshore Drive in Regina, held alongside the 5K Fun Run. Participants receive a race bib and a finisher's medal.
June 2027
Walkers can choose 1K, 5K, or 10K routes. The event takes place at Victoria Park (Spadina Crescent West, Saskatoon) and runs alongside the running races as part of the Run for Women series.
