About the race
The Queen City Marathon is an annual multi-day running event organized by Queen City Marathon Inc. and Run Regina, held in Regina, Saskatchewan. The 26th edition is scheduled for September 11–13, 2026. The weekend program includes race-day operations and supporting activities such as package pick up, a wellness expo and runners market, a schedule of events for participants and spectators, and information on parking and road closures.
