About the race
Melfort Multi K 2026 is the 15th annual edition of a community road event held in Melfort, Saskatchewan on Saturday, September 19, 2026. The event offers multiple distances and a separate kids fun run hosted by Castle Northland Building Supply.
Participants can choose from the following distances:
- 1 KM Kids Fun Run : free for 150 children aged 10 and under
- 5 KM Walk/Run
- 10 KM Walk/Run
- 21.1 KM Run
All finishers receive a medal and a post-race snack. The top three male and female finishers in each distance receive exclusive event swag and free registration for the next year. Age category prizes are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each age group for the 5 KM, 10 KM and 21.1 KM events. The 1 KM Kids Fun Run is not timed, but prizes are given to the top three boys and top three girls.
Bibs can include a printed name if registration is completed by August 15, 2026; later registrations receive a bib with space to write a name. Optional long sleeve technical shirts are available in adult sizes only until July 31, 2026 for a fee. Repeat-participant 5, 10 and 15X club pins are issued when indicated during registration.
