August 2026
Walkers can choose 5k or 2.5k routes starting at 9992 Grenville Street, Saint Peter's, on mostly flat waterfront trails that cross St. Peter's Canal locks and Battery Park.
Walkers can choose 5K or 10K routes starting at the Visitor Centre on Shore Road, out to the Ferry Terminal and back. The 10K is two loops and a 2K beginner option is offered for youth who must be accompanied if aged 8 or under.
The event offers walkers a free timed 5K walk starting and finishing at the Black Cultural Centre, 10 Cherry Brook Road. The measured out and back route follows Cherry Brook Road and Loon Lake Road with on site kit pickup.
September 2026
The event offers a friendly 5K walk at Banook Canoe Club in Dartmouth, NS, alongside the run. The course is open 90 minutes, there is no onsite registration, and race kit pickup is Sept 25 at Decathalon, 21 MicMac Blvd.
October 2026
The event offers a 5.1 km walk at Cornwallis Park as part of a run and walk dedicated to raising awareness and funds for older women’s health research. Proceeds support the Women’s Age Lab at Women’s College Hospital.
