Medavie Blue Nose Marathon

The Medavie Blue Nose Marathon, called "The People's Marathon", is presented as the largest annual running and walking event in Atlantic Canada. The 2027 edition takes place May 21 to 23 and is based at the Emera Oval on Cogswell Street in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Registration includes access to the Blue Nose Marathon Expo presented by Subaru, a participant shirt, a personalized race bib with the runner's name if registered by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, April 28, 2027, a Blue Nose Marathon medal (or two for the Double Up option), and chip timing. Routes provide views of Halifax and Dartmouth. Registered participants are also entered for a chance to win a trip for two to the Run Barbados Marathon & Wellness Weekend.

Packet pickup is held at Zatzman Sportsplex, 110 Wyse Road, Dartmouth, on Friday, May 21, 2027 and Saturday, May 22, 2027, with time windows published by the organizer. The event lists multiple fundraising organizations; at the time of publication CA$27.83 has been raised toward a CA$36,001.00 goal.
