July 2026
A 5 km walk around Southlands Tsawassen starting at The Red Barn at Southlands Tsawassen, with post race beer or non alcoholic options and bratwurst included.
Walkers can use the 5 km or 10 km courses starting adjacent to Ceperley Park near Second Beach in Stanley Park. Routes run along Coal Harbour, Lost Lagoon and the English Bay seawall on mostly flat scenic paths and are open to all ages.
September 2026
At Mount Seymour Provincial Park walkers can use the non competitive hiking division on the Sport 6.5 km or Enduro 10 km courses through dense forest past Goldie and Flower lakes with pace leaders.
Walkers use the Grouse Grind trail at Grouse Mountain with free bag transfer, a finish aid station with hydration and snacks, and a cupless finish requiring a reusable bottle.
The event offers walkers 2 km or 5 km routes starting at Musqueam Community Centre behind the building by a gravel road in Vancouver BC. On-site registration is available and the event is held in partnership with the Musqueam community alongs..
October 2026
Walkers can choose 5K or 1 KM routes, plus a kids walk, starting at Bedford Landing in Fort Langley BC alongside the running races. The event has an Oktoberfest theme and also offers an after party option.
Walkers can choose 5K, 7 Mile or Half Marathon on trails circling Burnaby Lake at West Field #2 next to the playground with two water stations.
November 2026
Walkers can choose 5K, 10K or Half Marathon from Lumberman’s Arch in Stanley Park on the fully paved Seawall with views; hydration stations in 5k and course open 3h.

A 1K Elf Walk starting at Noel Booth Elementary School in Langley, offered alongside the 5K event for walkers and runners.

Walkers can enter the 10K Walking Division that follows a course through the heart of Vancouver alongside the running races. Maps, an event guide, the expo and package pick up are available, and road closure and transit information is provided.
