SleighRun Holiday Challenge - Event overview
SleighRun is a team holiday challenge held in Vancouver on December 12, 2026, with base activities at Plaza of Nations and routes around False Creek. Teams are composed of four people and choose whether to be Team Naughty or Team Nice.
There is no set course, no timing and no podiums. Teams navigate their own routes to stations around False Creek and attempt up to twelve festive challenges, collecting stamps at completed stations. The distance a team covers depends on chosen challenges and routes; expect roughly 5–15 km over an event window of about three hours. Teams are released in short intervals and the team captain completes check in at SleighRun Village.
SleighRun Village at Plaza of Nations serves as home base for check in, festival activations, partners and vendors, and the start and finish of the team adventure. A festive finish social and a Secret Santa are part of the event. Wheels are not permitted; participants can run, walk or stroll. The first forty teams to register receive a pair of limited festive socks. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
