Walkers can choose a 1 Miles course starting at 2101 N. Northlake Way, Seattle WA 98103. Participants receive a shirt, jingle bells, and a medal, and the walk occurs alongside the event's running races.
Walkers can choose 5K, 10K, or 13.1 Miles, starting at 3505 Lowell Snohomish River Rd in Everett. Course is clear with small staff, water only at lap ends and the finish, and EMS is not stationed on site.
Walkers have the option of 5k, 10k or 15k on a USATF certified 5k loop at Magnuson Park in Seattle, alongside the kids dash.

Walkers may use the half marathon course from Redmond to Lake Sammamish State Park on a flat interurban trail mostly paved, with aid stations every 2 to 3 miles and a 4 hour limit.
The event offers a walking option covering 3.1 Miles, starting at 7201 E Green Lake Drive N in Seattle. The course includes Forrest Gump themed elements and is offered alongside running and virtual 5k entries.

Walkers use a 5K (3.1 Miles) route starting and ending at UW Bothell and following the Sammamish River Trail. The certified course welcomes strollers and walkers of all paces and finishes at a festival with vendors and refreshments.
Walkers can join the 12 hrs, 6 hrs or 3 hrs events on a 1.70 mile flat paved loop at Fryelands Blvd, Monroe with aid each lap, lawn bag drop and beach access. Late starts allowed.
Walkers can choose 5 km, 10 km, 21.1 km or a 1 km kids run around Seward Park, enjoying Lake Washington and Mt Rainier views on USATF certified courses.
