August 2026
Walkers can join a 1 Mile fun walk on the Niagara Falls State Park Pedestrian Path beside the Lower Niagara River Gorge with scenic views. The route starts and finishes on the NY State Park Trail near the Niagara Gorge Discovery Center.

Walkers can choose the 5K option of 3.1 Miles along the West River path at Beaver Island State Park Lot #4 in Grand Island, NY, with waterfront views. The walk takes place alongside the running races.
Walkers can take a 1.25 km family walk or 1.25 km dog walk through the vines at Palatine Hills Estate Winery on grass and dirt paths with some uneven areas plus free parking.
October 2026
Community Walk at Southward Community Park, Grimsby, with a kids 1K and Corporate 1K, available in person or virtual; walkers receive event T shirts.
Walkers can choose the non timed 1 Mile Fun Walk or use the out and back 5K course, starting at Tuscarora Nation House. Free parking at Nation House and Tuscarora Elementary; packet pickup is inside, cash or check only.
