Event overview
The Niagara PAL Santa Dash 5K takes place on December 6, 2025 in downtown Niagara Falls, NY. The event includes a timed 5k, a 5k student division, and a 1-mile untimed walk. The start and finish area is at the Sheraton Niagara Falls, 300 3rd Street. Costumed runners are welcome and cash prizes are awarded for holiday-themed outfits. All proceeds benefit Niagara PAL youth programs.

Early packet pickup is scheduled for December 5 at the Sheraton. Packet pickup and in-person registration are available on race day in the hotel lobby. Parking is free in the city lot north of the Sheraton. The post-race party, awards ceremony, and gift card auction are held at the Sheraton; the auction draws winners around noon.
Awards include overall male and female winners and top three male/female finishers in standard age groups from 10 & under through 70+. Specialty divisions and competitions include Law Enforcement Doughnut Cup Challenge, First Responder Challenge, Educators Division, and a High School Classic with team scoring. The course runs from Old Falls Street to Niagara Scenic Parkway, along the upper Niagara to the Old Stone Chimney, then returns along Riverwalk and Riverway.
