Niagara PAL Santa Dash 5k
The Niagara PAL Santa Dash is a community 5 km run held on December 5, 2026. The event includes a costumed runners component with cash prizes for the best holiday themed outfits. The first 150 pre-registered participants are guaranteed a t-shirt; pre-registration is encouraged and registrations are accepted online or on the day of the event. Timing and scoring are provided by ScoreThis. Awards are given to overall male and female winners and to the top three male and female finishers in multiple age groups, including 10 and under, 11 to 14, 15 to 19, 20 to 24, 25 to 29, 30 to 34, 35 to 39, 40 to 44, 45 to 49, 50 to 54, 55 to 59, 60 to 64, 65 to 69, and 70 and over. The event also features special races and divisions such as the Law Enforcement Doughnut Cup Challenge, a First Responder Challenge, an Educators Division, and a High School Division.
Additional activities associated with the event include a gift card auction held at the Sheraton on Third Street, a breakfast with Santa, an after-race party, and live entertainment.
