Untimed 2 Miles walk begins at the Lincoln Park Pavilion parking lot and follows the Lincoln Park main path and park loops. Walkers and participants with strollers should line up toward the back; restrooms and nearby parking at Nelson Center are av..
Walkers can take the 6.6k (4.1 miles) point to point course from Funks Grove to McLean along historic Route 66. Shuttle service from McLean to Funks Grove is provided and the route finishes at the restored historic water tower and park.
September 2026
Walkers can choose a 1 mile fun walk or a 5K route through Rochester Community Park at 90 Wild Rose Ln, held alongside live music, food trucks and wellness vendors. Shirts and medals must be picked up at packet pickup before the event.
Walkers can join the family friendly 5K walk of 3.1 Miles starting at 1501 S. Grand Ave W., Springfield, IL 62704 alongside the run. Event supports meals for families and has a $35 registration fee; costumes are allowed if appropriate.

The DECU Glow Walk is a 3.1 Miles route in Forsyth Park at 601 Forsyth Pkwy, held mostly on lit bike paths with visible markings and volunteers to assist. Families, strollers and pets are welcome.
