Rock and Run for Mental Health 2026
Rock and Run for Mental Health combines live music, a 5 km race, a 1 mile fun run/walk, food trucks, and wellness vendors. The event is scheduled for September 13, 2026 at Rochester Community Park, 90 Wild Rose Ln., Rochester, Illinois. Proceeds provide free counseling sessions to uninsured individuals and those in need.

In-person registration for the listed races has a fee of $35.00; the virtual 5 km for volunteers has a fee of $30.00. Registration opens September 25, 2025. Giveaway items, shirts, and medals must be picked up at packet pickup; shipping is not available. Registrations received after August 16, 2026 may not receive giveaway items.
