Rock and Run for Mental Health 2026

The Rock and Run for Mental Health event takes place at Rochester Community Park, 90 Wild Rose Ln. in Rochester, Illinois. It combines running events with live music and wellness vendors. Proceeds from the event fund free counseling sessions for uninsured individuals and others in need.

The event offers three participation options:

1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
Virtual 5k (Volunteers Only)

The event includes live music from The 66 Ramblers band, food trucks, and wellness vendors. Awards are presented to top finishers and age group winners. Packet pickup is available on a Saturday before the event at a location in Springfield and on race day at the park pavilion.

Participants who register by a specific date will receive a hoodie. Medals and refreshments are available at the finish line while supplies last. Restrooms are available at the park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
