September 2026
Half Marathon, 12K, and 5K walks start at Overlook Park, mostly on the Western States Trail; a hiker start is offered for half marathon walkers needing 3.5 to 4 hours.
October 2026
Walkers can choose the 5M out and back loop starting and finishing at Ponderosa Cider Co in Auburn, CA, on majority single track trails along the American River Canyon rim with about 700ft elevation gain. The 5M has no aid stations.
Walkers may choose 3.1 Miles or 6.2 Miles from 860 Cave Valley Rd, Cool CA on trails in the Sierra Foothills. The cup free event has aid stations so walkers are asked to bring a cup or refillable bottle; packet and bib pickup is on race day.
December 2026
Walkers may use trekking poles on scenic courses starting at Cool Staging Area (7200 Saint Florian Ct, Cool CA); 50K (5,100 ft gain) has a 9.5 hour cutoff and Half Marathon (1,250 ft gain) has a 5 hour cutoff.
April 2027
Walkers follow a 10 km loop starting at Auburn Overlook on scenic single track, rolling flats and climbs, with two stocked aid stations and parking up to a 1 mile walk away.
